Hi Stuart,never been very successful with birds in flight myself so well done getting this,exposure looks good on a white bird against the sky ,the head looks a little soft to me but that could be my eyes so take that with a pinch of salt.

Well exposed against the sky. Focus looks like it was on the right shoulder, the face could do with a little bit more sharpening.

Whites look great and I like the turned up wings but wish the bird weren't flying away.
