    Hi Gary,

    There is a strong color cast in this image. Not a great looking Owl but you did well with the low angle and sharpens.

    Repost is much, much better. That is one rough looking owl though... I find the OOF bright grasses in the BG distracting

    really really like the....the bedraggled owl with the one piercing eye.
    Very unusual, does peak a viewer's interest..........AND the sRGB looks super :)

    Very cool pose, the facial expression made me laugh. :) The repost looks much better, the bird needs some more sharpening, especially the head.

    I always like seeing a different view of these guys other then standing on a perch. You did well and the repost is just right.

    Re post looks very good !!!

    Agree on the oof grass at the bottom, they do attract the eye. I like the fluff pose very much and find the side lighting effective. Excellent image !!!
