Superb image of beautiful Skimmer, Sanjeev.
Beautiful colors and nice exposures in whites.
Light angle is not ideal and wish his head was away from viewer little bit, so that eye would have been in light.
Could try brightening the blacks in the shadows.

Hi Sanjeev, good low shooting angle, and overall, well exposed. Shooting at a lower angle always has the problem on not seeing the feet of a subject, but I can see there is a 'bump' on the grass.

I am so used to seeing skimmers in the sand here in FL that it doesn't seem right to see one in the grass. It's too bad you didn't have a catch light here as that would have livened up your subject. The details in your blacks looks very nice. There are 2 elements beneath the bird that I would consider extracting if your ethics allow.
