Taken the other day,this pheasant in its prime breeding condition,cannon500mm IS,L,F4,MK1,700MM,FL,5DMK111,BEAN BAG ON FARM WALL,iso2500,F6.3,1/200S,CROP,SHARPENED,LEVELS.IT WAS A MISTY MORNING.

Very nice Chris. I like the low pov, the raised foot and the clean background. Colours are very true and feather detail is lovely. Truly a bird in fine fettle.

Beautiful subject with a well balanced composition. Good colours. I do feel the the shadows could be lifted - seems a tad dark to me.

Chris I like the pose and that bird certainly looks in peak condition,agree to lifting the light on the head which would show off that nice green sheen.

Nice look at this handsome cock Pheasant. I like the pose and BG but I do agree with Daniel and it looks like you could get more detail out of the dark ares by lifting the shadows a bit more. Well done

I like the walking pose, low angle, setting, sharpness and comp wise I would add a little on the RHS as well. Very well done Chris.
