Leopard cub making his intent clear while looking for a feed at Timbavati. Had posted a different pose with head higher in the past. Thought it would be good for the theme as the leopard cub looks down at the teat.
1/200 (would have gone higher if it were now by upping the ISO)

Wonderful Theme image and the composition works for me 100%. I do agree with your criticism regarding ISO, at the same time I feel the 1/200s did not hurt your image that much, so very well done:)

This is a very special capture, I have never seen such a small leopard cub and the (feeding) pose/ expression you captured from him is superb. Good exposure and the whites look good, a bit dark on the nose though (at this young age the nose should be quite pinkish?). I am tempted to warm this a little, WDYT? After all, it is a "heart warming" scene and IMO it needs a little touch, albeit a delicate one. I would also lift the exposure on the eyes a bit, making sure they do not end up looking odd.

Sanjeev, I really, really love this - do you think perhaps you could get more out of it? Image design is great but overall it looks a bit dark I think, which negatively affects the "mood and feel" of the frame to some extent. I am really nitpicking here and please forgive me for doing so, I just think this is so special a frame, it needs special treatment. A very unique image with great potential, thank you so much for sharing

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

Hi Sanjeev -- this is a really good image ! i like the close bond which this image showcases and you managed a sharp image with good details amidst the techs at your disposal , well done ! apart from Gabriela's suggestion i would like to add that a slight crop from the right completely eliminating that piece of land will enhance this image a bit more .

    TFS !

A wonderful intimate & tender moment well captured here Sanjeev, befitting the theme nicely.

In hindsight of course, one would have shot this at f/4 and possibly a higher ISO if needed, it would also benefit with a touch more USM on the cubs face IMO.

Hi Sanjeev, a tender moment indeed and I like the format, although I might be tempted to come in a little either side perhaps?

Agree on your own observations regarding the techs and this is where perhaps you NOW need to be a bit more selective with your images and what actually makes the cut.

Hi Sanjeev - I agree a very tender moment and the low pov is good. Excellent suggestions above and I am sure you would shoot this differently now. It does look a little soft to me.

Thank you everyone. I will look at trimming from both sides a bit. Gabriela, thanks for those kind words. Yes that was a special sighting. I will try and lift exposure on eyes and warm the image a bit.

    A really tender moment here!
I agree with trimming from both sides.
I would add a hint more midtone contrast as posted...
