Yesterday Dottie and I went to Ft. Desoto in Pinellas County, Florida. Wonderful hour or so of photography even though the traffic was very heavy from the winter people. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Joe:

Excellent preening pose, with perfect head angle, I like the curve lines of the neck, bill and breast.

I thought the image just a bit flat on my monitor, so increased the punch a bit with a "soft light" blend mode. Just an option.

Those darn winter people, who clutter up Florida this time of year!

    Cheers

Repost is great, better than the OP. Super nice image or the theme with this pose, nice tones on the whites and good clean BG. Nice work, Joe.

Great exposure, it stands out against the dark BG well. I like Randy's repost, I only wish his eye was open
