When it comes to blending colours this is perfect ,the whole scene fits beautifully .Bird looks so relaxed with it's nice puffed out feathers and good pose, very nice Karl.

Agree with Keith here Karl, the colours blend perfectly for a very eye pleasing image.

Excellent image. Beautiful color scheme, very nice look back pose, great details and superb composition.
Though I would have prefer BG without OOF flowers?, here it gives nice 3D effect in the frame.

    Satish.

Beautiful gal, and perched on a nice sumac. The colours indeed all blend in nicely. Well exposed, sharp. Although they add nice colour I personally would have preferred the oof BG sumac not be directly behind the head. Zooming out and pointing up to include the tip of the main sumac would have been bonus. These guys have been extra numerous up here, and tamer than normal (not complaining!!).

Lovely overall composition, the bird fits very nicely into the overall scene. I might have preferred a slightly looser crop, but otherwise I like this one a lot.

Wow that's a nice image, the plumage details are superb. Regarding composition if possible I would loosen it to include the top of the big bud on the left of the bird.
(Is that sumac it is perched on, it is a lot ahead of mine if it is!)
