Hey Ihtisham, you got a pretty neat reflection going on here, but unfortunately the setting you found this fella in is not very appealing. Quite messy with lots of distracting elements. Assuming this species is not rare in your parts it would be best to photograph one in a more open and clean area with a better background to set it off against. Part of the fun in bird photography is finding really good looking areas to find those beautiful birds in.
I think Daniel has summarized it very well. It is a good reflection, eye better there than on bird itself. A cleaner environment would really highlight the bird.
I don't feel all bird images need to be "bird on a stick" type, with no environment or significant background. But I try to get it so that the bird is the dominant component in the image, without too many distractions.
