Ha ha, I took the very same picture a couple of weeks ago...I will hold off posting it for now. I like the pose and the high key snow BG. I do think the subject itself could go a tad brighter, but nice overall. These guys look so content in those brutally cold temperatures!
Nice one Jim Spot on exposure, Love the way snow lights upm a subject. Would have been good with some opf the feet in pic but can;t have everything !

PMP = pretty much perfect. I am with Dan on adding a bit of pop to the bird. Some NIK CEP Detail Extractor/Tonal Contrast or even a simple Auto Contrast at 15-20% on the bird only would do quite nicely. a
