At the last NANPA Summit, Robert Glenn Ketchum gave a fascinating Keynote. A big take home message was "know your history". When I got this shot on Sanibel Island at the end of April, I was pretty pleased, but sure this pose has been taken thousands of times before. I have a couple of other angles that may be more interesting, although you can't see the 4 legs of the chicks. Any suggestions? Thanks! - Jim

Hi James !!! It is a six legged monster !!!!

The biggest improvement was at the time of making the image by getting lower. This angle does emphasise the extra appendages !!!! Now you could clean the area and get some of the debris out. Might also increase density around the face !! I like it a lot.

Nice shot James. I agree with everything Alfred has said.

My only other comment is that the sand looks a little blue on my monitor but take that with a pinch of salt as my monitor is not yet calibrated.

    Best wishes.

Great shot, like the head angle.
