    Default WOW, I found a pair of the European Wryneck!

    I was really happy to find a pair of this special bird. They belong to the family of woodpeckers and I have never seen them before. :)
    Now I found a couple of them....

    Rosl this seems a bit darker than your other, similar, posting and I think it is a bit better as a result. Wasn't too sure that more contrast was needed on the other one but felt that it was perhaps a bit bright and this backs this theory. Oh yes, another great image!

    PS: I see a darker image has now been posted of the other one but I agree with you that the contrast doesn't have to be increased.

    The Picture looks really great, iīm sure you also have one with an head-angle a little more towards you.

    I am sure this is image is close to the real colors and tones.
    Other image is a bit pale. Nice. Have you attracted them by call?

    What a cracker of a shot, the colours and detail are first class, well done! I like the composition and the lighting, one heck of a good shot and what a rarity!
