For me the water makes this image special, Jim. Nice pattern formed by the curvy waves. For the first look I did not like the centered position of the bird, but than I say the reflection and I do like the composition. Well done.

An other nice image of this handsome duck, Jim. Love the fine details.

Another beauty Jim. Love the water patterns...they enhance but don't compete with the main subject in my opinion.

Love the bird and the textures and the soft light and the patterns in the water. Note: with 3X as much room in front of the bird as behind it it is not at all centered. The composition is pretty much perfect.

The image is almost painterly. a

Hi Jim, very well done on the overall exposure, and I like the soft light. I really like the colour on this fellows head, and yes, lovely texture to the water. Well captured.
