Blowing like crazy tonight so I went back to look at some images from the summer. :) Found this puffed up sanderling hiding in my files.

nice looking sanderling. I like the pose, the low POV and the blurred FG and BG

Good exposure too. The brown feathers over the back look like a painting.

    nice one!

Grace, how could you ever overlook this beautiful little puff ball? A bird on a mission, very well captured.

Grace, this is a gem. Beautiful light, raised foot, fine detail and nice transition from sand to BG.

    Grace:

Charming little fellow, great POV, giving you an intimate feel and flattering bg. Foot up adds 'motion'

    Cheers

This image carries your signatures all over it. Extreme low shooting angle, nice colors and light, nice BG and raised foot. Nice fluffed feathers too. I enjoy seeing your posts, Grace.

What a round little cutie! I love the marching pose and the low angle. The very brightest patch on the breast could be toned down IMO, but all else is appealing and entertaining :-)

He really is puffed up. Lovely shot with your usual great low POV and technics. Walking pose a plus. Nicely done.
