An interesting and different POV Karl! I like the exposure, sharpness, details and composition.

    Karl:

Impressive wingspan, claws, handling of whites.

I could see a version as more of a vertical, with wings working the diagonal.

Either way, a sliver more room at the top.

There is a faint dark line along the bottom edge, straight down from the left edge of the tail.

    Cheers

Thanks Randy. More than likely some left over of the utility post that I cloned out.

Still a bit more cleanup to do on the bg and the blues are posturizing- easy fixes for you. I like that wonderful wingspread and fine detail on the belly. Thanks for sharing , I enjoyed this image.

    Hi Karl,
Nice flight pose and I like that he seems to be peering down at us. I've never seen one of these beauties - maybe someday. A fine image.

    Thanks, Will.
I do feel almost perfect by now, but we jus are having a nasty snow/sleet/rain storm, so I'm staying in.

I like the view of talons and underside details, but the head is totally turned away from us as if he is trying to avoid the viewer....

Well exposed under carriage. Wish for a little more head turn though. Still an absolute smashing image!
