    Taken a few months back,lighting a bit bright,worked it a bit,cannon500mm IS,L,F4,1/4EXT,5D MK111,700MM FL,bean bag on farm gate,ISO800,F6.3,1/4000S,had not time to change settings,bird was flighty,crop,sharpened,SH,levels,exposure in PS.

    This is very nice Chris, some may see it differently but I do like the dark and light of the face, the pose makes me think he is not going to stay long so very well done getting this fine image.

    Slightly different light to what we usually see them in. Nice one Chris. Great BG and exquisite colours on the back of the bird. Well done.

    Hi Chris, great eye contact from this fellow, and love the detail and colour on the body. Your vertical comp suits the pose, and Im fine with the post perch.
