    Default Brown Creeper

This little songbird was located in a unique micro environment in which there are several types of warblers in a strip of woods across the street from a sewer treatment plant. The ponds generate enough heat to keep insects around all winter keeping the birds well fed. At least some of the warblers would be far south in the winter. This is one of the first decent images I've captured of the Brown Creeper. I too would have liked a bit more of a head turn. C&C welcome.

Removed a distracting branch in Cs6.

These guys are tough to photograph, rarely sitting still. I agree with the head angle, and I would tone down or blend away the bright area in the BG. I like the tree and the climbing motion of the subject. Sounds like a neat place for winter bird photography!

Great show, Geoffrey. Very nice color scheme. I could see a vertical composition.

Very nice Geoffrey, I like the colours throughout the image. Before seeing your image, I just posted one, so I know how difficult they are to photograph, as Daniel said.

    Good capture
