    OMG! How unusual. The poor little bugger...and you too! The bird looks rather 2 dimensional, like a cut out of some beautiful medieval tapestry. The line/edge under his belly and tail looks a bit hard. Something in PP has gone a bit wierd. I might also consider cleaning up the edges of the little bits of foliage.

    Interesting and different with nice sharpness and detail! I'd like a little more room (canvas) bottom and left and remove the spot of vegetation on the right edge. The lighting is flat, giving an odd lack or molding to the bird -- reflections from the snow probably lighting what we expect to be darker areas toward the belly. But that's not a serious issue.

    The blowing snow works for me, but might be better with a looser crop to give a little more environment.

    Thanks Diane it's one I have looked at for a long time and unable to make up my mind, rain wind and snow is something I would like to experiment with in my images. Will have another look at this.
