    Superb details and exposure. Lovely sharp head and eye. The slight head turn saves it from looking as if the bird has just passed you. TFS

    Stuart:

    Nice display of the near wing, head turn helps a lot, like the dangling feet.

    A small point - the red channel is a bit overexposed in some of the whites, so detail lost. Esp. noticeable in the area just above the eye.

    You could run a bit of detail extractor on it to see if you can recover a bit there, or fiddle with the red channel a bit.

    nice details on the whites Stuart with head and eye sharp, but i believe you have a snowy egret and not a cattle...
