The detail in the lark is excellent.
Great singing pose. My only wish would be that the head was turned away ever so slightly to see more of the right eye.

No, I did not know that! As far as the image itself, I like the complimentary background, singing pose of the bird, the good look at his feet. The head angle does not draw me into the image, but you do have some fine feather detail. ANy more from this series?
