    Default Barn owl

Not the easiest of birds to capture in decent light, most opportunities are when we have had a few days of high wind and rain and take a gamble ,more than often they do hunt a little longer and later in the day ...canon 1d mk3 400mm 5.6 with the x1.4 iso 400 1/630 sec +1/3 ev Name: Barn-owl-(1-of-1)-3.jpg

Nice work Den, nice wing position and impressively done for the fairly low shutter speed.
