    This was first light yesterday morning, from the loch side. It was great fun photographing these ducks during their courtship. It was a quiet morning, and the sounds from them was cool. Then the Kingfisher arrived

    This works lovely as a theme image - actually I like it as a shot full stop.

    Excellent use of the negative space on the left, and an interesting pose from the Goldeneye.

    These guys sure are entertaining to watch and listen as they perform their courtship rituals! You have that behaviour displayed very nicely here. I'm liking the crop a lot here, with lots of room for the water to splash into. Afew of the thicker horizontal lines along the bottom could be removed for reasons of finished product aesthetics, but they are not too too bad.

    Hi Will, lovely courting pose with the angled body and open beak, and I can just image the sound, with you hearing it all on your lonesome. The placement works here with the flying splash going up into the ULC.
