I captured this image of a female Bobolink just before sunset at a local wildlife preserve last year in August. C&C welcome.

I love the rich greens on this one Geoffrey, the DOF and also the detail on the bird. Nice pose, and HA.

Good theme shot, with nice light on the Bobolink. Great environment. I like the tilt of her head. Is she looking at what seems like a bug in the middle foreground, or listening to your audio?

Very nice image, Geoffrey. I love that perch. I can almost feel the weight of the bird. And the green color is also very lovely. Beautiful light! :)

Wonderful sharpness and detail for a small in the frame subject. I love the colors and composition. And now I see the bug!

I love it Geoffrey, nicely done. I love the habitat. Although the composition works well I do feel like you could have gotten away with pointing your lens 2 inches more to your left. Nicely seen and executed!

Yes it's a bug. I'm not sure if she spotted it, but I do recall using audio, which I forgot to mention.

Lovely light, pose, vegetation. I like the movement in the vegetation.
