What a beautiful bird; I love the white, black, and gray bird on a smooth gray background. The ripples are actually kind of interesting. Note how the reflection lingers in time as the stilt moves, so the reflection has three heads and three beaks. The water looks to be still so the ripples are caused by the stilts movement. Really cool!

The thumbnail doesn't do this justice.
A lovely, zen calm feeling about this image.
I like the hint of red eye ring.
I really like the reflection but would have preferred one less head reflection.
If this was mine I would clone out the highlights on the bill and the bill's reflection.

Really nice simplistic shot Sanjeev, looks very calm and serene.

Minor nits noted by Gail, but I like this shot a lot.

Hi Sanjeev, you managed a nice angled pose, and overall well exposed too. I do like the stillness of the water, and agree about 'cleaning' up the reflection. I would remove the lower catchlight.

Our Black winged Stilts are very similar, except ours have red eyes. This also looks like a juvie.
