    I might have used this for last month's theme but decided to hold it over for this month.
    Image made at Heaton Park. The bird was baited.

    Canon 40D, Canon 100-400 @ 260mm
    ISO 320
    f6.3
    1/500sec

    Elements 2. Small crop and cloned out nut skin. Levels, saturation and sharpening.

    nice capture Adrian,like the peekaboo look of the bird,not sure about the BG,is it a brick wall? TFS

    Hi Adrian, I always like these type of images where the subject blends into the FG. Good detail on the bird, and although the FG is OOF, Im wishing for a bit more detail. There is a huge contrast between the snow and the BG, and would try a version by maybe reducing the reds in the BG. Just a thought.

    I like the cloud like feel and the bird has good detail and is sharp. I like Stu's suggestion on reducing the strong impact of the BG. Well done Adrian.
