    This is Febs theme shot,this owl had just caught this prey,and I thought it would come my way,but as you can see it did not,cannon500mm IS,L,F4,EXT1/4,700MM FL,HAND HELD,ISO1250,1/8000S,F5.6,crop,sharpenedfor web,S.

    Been in that situation many times, I do like the feel of this and would like to see a version with maybe a tad off the left giving the Owl more of that desolate looking space to fly into, just my take of course. Really like this Chris right up my street.

    Tiny can work, and to great affect too. These are the hardest images to pull off successfully. I have said on a number of occasions since joining BPN that for bird in landscapes to work all the elements have to work aesthetically, lighting composition and the over all landscape. So there is nothing wrong with the size of the bird here....it's just everything else IMHO.
