That's a mighty good reflection! Unusual and clever. Very artistic. I like it a lot. If it were mine, I may consider taking out the little light spot in the reflection between his tail and leg. There is also a very slight shadow (on th BG) on the reflected bill, but no big deal for me. Just beautiful.
Very appealing reflection. Exposure and colours look good. Good amount of contrast to make the subject standout nicely. I would have preferred a bit more head turn our way but I still like it as is, and perhaps pointing your lens a touch more to your left would have worked too. Visually strong image.
