    Default Cotton Puff Clouds

I made and first edited this image on the iPhone using Enlight. Then I added filter work in Photoshop, and combined it with another apped image that I used Impression on. May not be to everyone's liking, but I really like it! The photo of late afternoon clouds was made Tuesday.

I like the texture of the clouds, and the colors work well together. The effect of the filters on the trees is appealing, too. I'd be inclined to use the Spot Healing Tool on those dark artifacts in the clouds that look like dirt specks.

Thanks Dennis! I guess the spots were in the texture I used over it. I'll remove them if I have time. I forgot to mention the texture.

Love it! Those clouds are fantastic! I like the composition, with the clouds taking up most of the frame. The slight diagonal the clouds make down to the right, ending in the warm sunset colors, adds a dynamic feel. Gorgeous processing and colors.
I'm not sure what you mean by using another apped image? Can you clarify?
I see what Dennis means about the spots in the clouds. I didn't notice them at first. They might be more noticeable if you printed this image larger.
The flag on the post converted into a more rectangular shape than the trees, and it bothers me a bit. Easy enough to change with some cloning.
Thanks for posting the original. Always fun to see the transformation.

Thanks Anita! The image that you see most of was combined with this image filtered with an "urban" preset in Enlight.

Did you take two photos that day and process them differently and them combine them? Or did you process the same image in two different ways and then combine them?

I worked on the image with cloning, painting and healing to remove spots and some of the building shapes and flag.

Your work makes the repost excellent. No distractions. Nothing bars the beauty of those clouds and the dark horizon now has all organic shapes. Excellent work!

Same photo processed 2 ways in Enlight and combined. I masked the clouds about 50 - 60% off of the urban preset image.

Holy Cow!! What a transformation from the original! I LOVE it!! Great shapes and introduction of color. It reminds me of one of those reflections in a pond that are turned upside down.
