Early morning just after sunrise on an empty beach is a special time.
Took this picture a few days ago at Waikuku Beach.
Waited to get some interesting wave action.

    Hi Ian,
I think a slight local contrast enhancement using USM amount 20 ......Radius around 30........Threshold 0......would make this pop a little more. The shoreline diagonal makes for a very pleasing comp and the mist/haze adds to the overall appeal. I can almost smell the salt air. The little pebbles on the beach also add to the overall feel.

    Thanks Roman
The picture did look a bit "muddy".
Have edited as per your suggestion and certaily gives more "snap".

Decided to try adding a contrast/brightness layer.
    Comments appreciated.

    Ian,

I like the increase in contrast. Am I seeing a green color cast? Nice "S" curve made by the shoreline to lead you into the image.

    Thanks Robert.
I tried different color variations of decrease green and dec green shadows gave this result.
    Somewhat warmer colours.
    Looks better I think.
    Cheers: Ian Mc
