I like the alert pose, natural setting and HA. I would take a little off the bottom and clone out the two white dots behind the bird near the edge of the frame. Well done John.

Lovely! I'd consider darkening the leaf just above its head, and go after the spots Jim mentioned, and the piece of grass or stem coming down from top center.
