Beautiful little falcon and a cracking shot of it karl, looks like it was bright but must say you have handled it very well.
Keith.
Love the colours against that snowy BG and the determined look on its face. Well captured Karl.

Karl:
The fill off the snow gave you very nice illumination on the bird despite the very bright light. Very nice landing pose, angle in frame, DOF.
I might try a version with a sliver off the right and top, but just personal taste.
Well captured.
Cheers
Randy
Looks good to me, Karl. Wish it were mine, thank you for sharing.

Ooooh, this is nice Karl. Would love to have this in my files ( which are sadly lacking in kestrel images).
Love the low POV and the wings up pose.
Exposure and snow look great,

Superbly executed shot Karl, great pose and the wings are lovely. Is this much of a crop? I only ask as I could see an 'arty' version with a more panoramic crop and all the shadow in if you have it.
Mike
Excellent image Karl! I like the wing position, exposure, setting, IQ and composition.
Gorgeous! I also wondered about a version with ll the shadow present, but there is certainly nothing wrong with this one!
Nice pose in the snow. I might get even tighter if you can...
