Song sparrow posed nicely in my backyard. I processed in DPP, increased exposure, and then cloned out a vine in the bottom right side. I paid more attention to not over sharpening and wondered what you think?

Lovely image, Ann. The snow reminds me of where I used to live. To me the sharpening looks good but I defer to those more knowledgeable than I. Thank you for sharing.

Looks good, Ann. Sharpening is the right amount IMO . Nice diagonal perch and lovely looking back pose.

    Ann:

The sharpening looks good, I wouldn't want any more. Effective DOF from you chosen f/stop.

You mentioned that you increased exposure, and I could see a version with perhaps 1/3 of a stop less, as some of the snow on the perch is pretty bright.

    Cheers
