Not a lot of opportunities around my area at the moment, so I took a look at some older files. This is one from last year on a grey morning at North Beach, Fore DeSoto.

Pretty cool Mike. Love the 'balancing act' and the colours throughout. Fantastic POV and pose.

Never in a million years would I have thought it was shot in sunny Florida. I was sure this was from your side of the pond!
Good solid image of a willet.I like the layers in the BG and would bump up the saturation of the BG very slightly. I might sharpen the head a bit more and wish he was looking a bit more towards you.

A nice pose captured. I feel that the presentation is a bit dull...would you consider adding some brightness? And I'd smooth out that dark right hand upper corner as my eye is pulled there.

Hi Mike, what a great one legged pose, and love the light through the nostril. Well placed in the frame, and I like how he's framed between the layers in the BG. I agree a little extra light wont harm the Willet.
