    Default short-billed dowitcher stretch

This is a full frame except about 10% off the bottom, didn't think the image needed more blur below. The whites on the rump look too hot although they were not blown in DPP, any suggestions? I was sitting at the edge of the pond when this dowitcher flew in, did a stretch and flew away. I especially like the right foot under the stretched wing.
removed dust and specular spots, s sharpen and nr in PS.

Nice that you got so close to this bird. Nice stretching pose. On my screen it is a bit bright and I would sharpen the image a lot less. TFS.

Great wing position, nice colors on bird and background. You did a great job to get him composed in the camera on short notice when he decided to stretch -- a little tight in the frame for my taste but that's what you get for being close. Appears just slightly oversharpened on my screen.

Great looking stretching pose and I like the colors and details. The lighting and your shooting angle has covered the bird well.
I agree about the sharpening. Nice work

    Very nice pose Ann.
I think this is a bit bright and I would reduce the overall brightness.
    Excellent low POV.
I would remove the specular highlights beneath the throat. Sharpening issue addressed- easy fix, just need to back off a little bit,

Hi Ann, well timed to capture the wing stretch and raised foot, and great that he came in so close. Good DOF, and agree with regards to a little too bright - a multiply blending layer would sort that out, and sharpening addressed. Well captured.
