Hi Joe, good choice of comp going vertical, and you have captured a good look back pose. I do like the perch, and clouds in the sky BG, but feel the angle of capture is a touch steep.

Hi Joe, like Stu, I like the format and personally I quite like the angle here. Agree too, the inclusion of both sky and the hint of green adds to the capture. The issue I do have is that the darks/shadows are clipped and for me it has quite a 'contrast' look to it, but that is perhaps what you wish to convey As an option I might look to a more 'softer' appearance?

Agree with Stu and Steve. Lots of good, I really like the lines of the perch and bird. Do wish he was looking more our way. Just a touch less contrast would be a interesting option.
