Helllloooo Dolly, I mean Anna. Wow Dan this is a stunning image, iso3200! I would only suggest more canvas on right and bottom, seems a wee bit tight. Wonderful detail, iridescence, and i love the tender bud. Sweet!

Terrific details and IQ. Would never have guessed the ISO was this high.
I would fix the steel eye from the flash.
    Lovely.

Great to see a bird like this in the middle of winter, Dan. Excellent pose and IQ.

    This is a beauty Dan.
Love, love the feather detail and that perfect head turn.
I like this tight comp but can see many other lovely comps as suggested by the others.
Love the iridescence you have been able to show throughout.

    Superb capture, Dan.

Lovely detail, great pose and perfect HA. Amazing colours. Looks a tad over sharpened to me but I could be wrong, let us what the others say?

That perch is awesome! So is the reflection in the bird's eye. I took my time to view and find this truly delightful, thank you so much for sharing

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea
