    Brrrrrhhh.... I think this qualifies for our winter theme Karl. Lovely snowy surround and terrific pose. Looking for a bit more detail.

    This is lovely Karl.
    My only suggestion would be to crop up from the bottom (and right to maintain proportions). I find the FG quite heavy for this little beauty.

    Beautiful bird, nicely shown. Living in Florida I find the snow as a perch unique and interesting. Thank you for sharing, Karl.

    I like the fresh snow mound (recently plowed country road?) and alert pose with a perfect head angle. The bit of greyish shadowing in the background is really appealing.

    What a beauty, Karl. Love the colors and design of this bird you've captured so well. Nicely handled whites and I like the BG too. I might crop from the bottom just above the darker shaded patch lower left.

    Terrific perch and head angle. I can see some crop as suggested above, but the beautiful fresh snow "landscape" is such an important part of the image that it works just fine for me as presented. Most definitely a Theme image.
