    Very nice Stuart.
    Great BG colors that gives you lovely separation between the bird and BG.
    Comp is good and love the feather detail in the ruffled feathers of neck.
    Very sharp ( you could back off on the sharpening a tiny little bit but OK as is) and good DOF throughout the bill and head.
    If you backed off on the sharpening a bit you might recover the small areas of blown whites on the back of the neck.
    The reflection in the eye is a bit funky and I would be tempted to do a bit of eye work. I didn't notice the reflection in the eye at first but once I started studying it I kept going back to it.
