Default FEBRUARY THEME AND DECEMBER THEME WINNERS

    Hi All:

Unfortunately the December Theme of "Key Lighting" did not prove to be a popular theme with only 3 eligible images posted, So in a three-way tie for bragging rights this month are:

    Andreas Liedmann, http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...Barasingha-doe

    Mike Poole, http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...32447-Red-Stag

    Marc Mol, http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...16-Lechwe-dawn

Congrats to Andreas, Mike and Marc for trying the theme!

We're also happy to announce that the February Theme will be "Multiple Species in One Image." Eligible images must include different species of animals. The second species can have equal billing or be in the bg. Ticks and flies do not count as a second species. Both species must be alive. If the second species is avian, the image must have the Wildlife Forum subject as the dominant species in the frame or both species equally the subject matter of the frame. Forum rules still apply. As always, please use the "Theme" prefix from the dropdown menu. Theme images will be critiqued just like other images and are eligible for IOTW honors.

In the meantime, we hope that you will post your images of rodents for the January Theme.

    Rachel, Steve and Morkel

Thanks for organising these themes Mods, lets hope they gain a bit more popularity, it'd be a shame to see them fade away.

Lovely work from Andreas and Marc, well done guys

    Mike
