Beautiful bird and nice soft light. I wonder if you could have moved a bit to your left for a more uniform BG and better light angle. A vertical crop might work, too. Thanks for sharing and keep them coming!

I love the brilliant color of these birds. When I first opened it I thought basically the same as what Axel has suggested. The change in angle (if possible) and vertical would have probably improved the image. I'd keep after them if you still have a chance....they are worthy of your time.
