Well focused and exposed, interesting and yet awkward pose. Your depth of filed is very good covering all the areas of primary interest.
Good repair job, not obvious but would guess (seeing you mentioned it!!) bottom right, i,e, left forewing tip???

Hi Joseph. A classic Blue Dasher pose with the wings tilted down and forward. Very nice sharpness where you most need it, a clean background, and the dew drops on portions of the wings add interest. On my monitor, it looks like the image could go just a little brighter - a minor point. Very well done!

Gorgeous and sharp, with just the right touch of highlights on the wing.

Good angle and nice pose. Great detail in the wings. Agree with a little more brightness.

I like the composition with the strong diagonals, in addition to the other positives pointed out by others.

Nice details and colors! I'm impressed that you were able to manage this with the 70-300. I like how you placed the dragonfly and the diagonal in the frame. Very pleasing composition.
