    Hey Jonathan.
    I like the decisive moment here with the owl about the dive headlong. I wondered if it won't benefit from more crop off the top and left, but then read it's already a large crop.

    Hi Jon, love everything about it, would have easily gone to 800 for more SS.

    Trust your not washed away and the South & West have remains scot free.

    Steve all the fields are waterlogged, some local minor flooding in Wirral but so far all I have is a soggy lawn and a wet path leading to the bird feeder! Had sunshine this morning and blue sky...till 11.30, now it is all just a memory.

    Jon like the way you have caught this what looks like a determined dive ,did it get it's Mouse? Owl stands out well against that dark bg,very well caught.

    Thanks Keith, the owl went hungry in this particular field, he caught one in the adjacent field, needless to say I was too far away!
