    Default Greater Yellowlegs

This is from yesterday. It is very windy in Yucatan these days, but I found a spot where this bird was enjoying the wind shade of some mangroves.

    Very nice Lorant.
Love the low POV and the comp.
The windswept crown adds a bit of whimsy to an elegant pose,

Hi Lorant, a clean and simple simple portrait, lovely. Light looks quite bright so nice control of the exposure. Just a thought, but I wonder if the white reflection was replaced with the blue of the water for continuity as I feel it doesn't add much to the scene, but just personal tastes. The low POV works well here.

Love to have seen this posted bigger and great to see you pushing the ISO , don't be afraid, you may surprise yourself.

Very elegant. The bird shows well against the lovely coloured BG. Would love to see it bigger.

Works for me Lorant, with the nice light and low POV, but the leg positioning is what makes the image that bit better.

I like the low angle, wind effects, sharpness and composition. Excellent image Lorant!

A really neat, funky pose. It looks like a 1st winter bird. You might try a Contrast Mask on the face to sharpen it up just a tad. a
