I like the dynamic pose and the light on eagle, there is some noise on the plumage but the deal breaker for me is the BG which is too distracting and just unattractive. It's funny I also tried photographing eagles in the past two days at a river bank with similar BG but I soon deleted those files and tried to focus on shots that had a better BG so you have my sympathy.
