A really pretty duck, and I like the relatively calm water with a bit of undulating surface. I do wish the subject was lower in the frame and swimming at least parallel to us though.

IQ and light are excellent. Just wish he wasn't swimming away from you but there is a slight head turn towards you so not a big issue.
I agree with Daniel re: moving him lower in the frame and adding the difference up top,

This water is beautiful. Here's another vote for lowering the bird in the frame as Daniel suggested. I am wondering if the white balance seems a little warm to you? Was the shot taken when the sun was low?
