I love these splashing poses.
Really like the water droplets and wonder if you have more of the splash on the left to include in the image.
I also feel like this could use a hint of CW rotation.
I would evict the 2 water droplets that look like specular highlights just above and in front and behind the head.
Agree with Will image is a bit dark and increasing the brightness would be a good thing,

Hi Johnathan, very nice shot of this bird making a commotion in the water! Everything looks agreeable to me! I have one small nit though: Suggest cloning out the 2 larger OOF specular highlights above the head at 11 and 2 o'clock.
edit: Lol Gail must type faster than me! So count this as another vote to remove the specular highlights :)
