Nicely done. I like the processing a lot. The blue bg looks cold and sets off the green leaves.

Wonderful dancing-like activity in this with the falling snow and the green leaves turned every which way! Good strong composition of the darker bush and the dark tree trunk against the gorgeous soft swirling blues and purples in the bkgd. Beautifully created!

The processing is most effective. I do not associate magnolias with snow. The white stuff has finally arrived in this part of the country.

Thanks Gary. No we don't see much snow on our magnolias in MS! It has been so warm here the past few weeks that some plants started leafing out that lost them after a killing frost, and my rose has a bloom on it. A cold front came in last night and it was in 50s today and will be cold tonight maybe 30.

yes, magnolias and Christmas snow....even in warm Mississippi.....They just seem to go together. Nicely done. The larger tree in the background gives a good winter firmness to the overall look.

Same here -- not my usual association, but very nice! I love the "blobs" of white in the BG. They are a lot more elegant than any word I can come up with just now.

Hi, Judy, I love the effect you got from DAP - it looks a lot like the Topaz Buz Sim effect you get on trees. Beautiful image.
