Great looking image, Geoffrey. Love the pose and perch. I would suggest to do an extra round of sharpening on the head to bring out more details.

I like the pose and the moss covered rock perch. The sea foam green BG adds to the Image. Well done

Hi Geoff, lovely simple pose, and I like the finer plumage detail you have brought out on the Sandpiper. I like the moss covered rock too. The eye seems a bit dead to me, and I would maybe take a bit off the LHS.

    This is excellent.
Great colors on the perch. excellent IQ.
I really like the visible feet and the overall simple but high quality feeling of this image.
I like the eye and am not sure what Stu is seeing?
    Good one Geoffrey

Great pose. Nice water color and moss green on the rock work well with his signature yellow legs and bill. Well done.

I love that perch, and that the sandpiper stood at the very top of it. Well balanced comp. Best of luck to you at Barnegat!

Very clean and well composed image. Not an easy bird to photograph and they tend to always be on the go. Color palette is lovely.
