You nailed this one Nick. The details and sharpness on the bird are lovely. Fantastic colours throughout, and I like how the foreground blends with the BG. The wee movement on the wing brings life to the image.

I like the low shooting position and the way that the bird stands out against the OOF background. The bird is nicely angled in towards the camera. Exposure and sharpness spot on. The narrow DOF is just allowing the far wing to drift out of focus but I am ok with that. Lovely image. I also like the title!

Great wingflap, with perfect exposure giving nice detail on the breast. Beautiful water blending into the BG. Good title.

Lovely image, spot on focus, OOF elements are quite dreamy and creamy.

Super good IQ, excellent low angle, and colours are nice. I do wish the near wing was opened more, and I would have preferred a bit more room top and right. I love the strip of yellow along the top of the frame.

Like it a lot, nice pose and some good detail in the white breast. You cant beat a water level shot for ducks, this shows why with the oof water and feeling you are there with the bird

Hi Nick, excellent light and IQ, great low perspective, and I do like the overall exposure and sharpness. Lovely pastel blue to the water, and the droplets add interest.

Thanks for all the comments it's very much appreciated. I have added a bit more room top and right as suggested by Daniel on the repost.
