The subject is well exposed and overall sharpness looks good, having said that I wonder if the camera was actually focused on the eye? Perhaps a little additional judicious sharpening of the head may enhance a little.
I like the contrasting background but I would be tempted to lift the shadows a little just to see what the overall effect would be.

Thank you Jonathan for your feed back and compliments. here is the repost with head sharpened and BG slightly lighten.
After posting I have a feeling that it may be Accipiter nisus, what do you think?

Hi Satish, lovely angled pose, and I like the detail and colours on this fellow. I do like the darker BG, and your repost with the additional sharpening looks good.

Sweet pose, nice light and detail. Looks especially good against that dark green bg. Repost helps the head. For my personal preference, a little more room above would help. Well done, Satish!

I like the pose, BG, light, details and repost looks better. I would add a little room up top. There are a lot of repeating patterns due to cloning on the lower wood post so I would consider cloning it out all together. Well done Satish.

Thank you all for your kind comments and feed back.
I will add the space at the top and will take of markings on the perch.
    Thanks Jim.

    Satish.
