    I photographed this African Spoonbill with the very last rays of the sun. Dealing with the noise at ISO 2500 was a challenge, but I hope the end result is acceptable. All comments welcome as always:)

    Great light and wing position. The edges around head and bill look a bit pixelated and I wish for more head turn toward you. At this high shutter speed you probably could have gotten away with ISO 800.

    Hi Chris,
    I like the composition here, but it seems to be under exposed on the under side of your bird. There is also a yellowish brown overcast on the feathers...:cool:
